Trending @Accenture; Accenture is fcked by female managers who got promoted solely on the basis of gender equality. 90% of them hardly know Accenture policies.

So not true bro. It might be the case for some but don’t generalize it. Like you all live to use the phrase notAllMen. Same here. NotAllFemales.
I have been waited for a promotion for 3 years. This year they told me I am in the top 5% and have great client reviews and feedback, they said you should already be working on next level capabilities to have a promotion and you are doing that, my whole team knew I should have gotten the promotion but I didn’t get. Again!
So don’t generalize based on gender.

Also, the workforce is going for 50-50 gender equality. So why bark so much when IT has always been a male dominated workforce.

Lol no. I am a woman and I got zero benefit from the diversity quota. The truth is I didn't butter my manager and higher-up and focused only on work. Another female colleague focused more on buttering the management than work. Even though my work is better, she got promoted. If it was all about diversity then why I didn't get promoted or receive hike, despite having way better performance. The truth is accenture has reached a point where you need to butter the management to get promotion.

True but males don't even have that option...🫣 Like we work and BS get peanuts and voila

But do you need that benefit since you are mentioning it?

Yes, they are pushing for more women in top positions but not considering quality or skill

Hot to ensure equality?

Same , when I joined 4 years ago as L10, a female colleague was at L10 same like me. Now She is AM L8 and I am still L10. I directly report her since 3 years.

Lol, so true. When I joined 3 years ago she just became a SSE and now she is an AM. Within 3 years, wtf.

I have a manager who joined as an AM and within 6 months was promoted to M just because she was a female. There were so many deserving men who waited for years and still did not get promoted

Sharing personal experience with females as team lead, They just don't put much efforts and coding wise they dont know how to code properly, almost all years of working here i have to ultimately take their code and spent time and make corrections owning to client deadline, they just don't understand the logic behind on how to write efficient reusable, modular code, they will just keep making random changes untill code star working.. its serious i am fed up with this.. and my managers also told me to assist them as they cannot replace or release them due to client billing.. itne efforts me to i could have coded behalf of my wife, kam se kam paisa to ghar me aata..
It literally feels like they are getting salary for the work i am doing..

Even My lead takes help from everyone. And her core concepts are too low - even tries to assign difficult task to others keeping low effort task with her
