Trending @Accenture; Accenture is a Mess
I am fresh graduate and this is actually my first company. I've heard so many great things about accenture from friends and family (as it is known globally). But after I joined, it's a mess. I don't know who is my PL, my HR partner, and even the processes here. To me, it's chaos. Pure chaos. And I can't even ask the POCs for help because they will answer my question with another question which just blows my mind or they will just react on my messages on teams and just leave me hanging. I understand if they're busy but they are the POCs. Then, who should I connect with? Am I wrong in this? And if I am, what should I do? I'm already stressed and my anxiety is through the roof because I feel like I'm useless already. I just need someone who can clearly answer my questions because I'm already lost.

You can search anyone there, plus in the upper left menu you can see Career info such as career path, portal for internal jobs (I use this to refer people), etc. There is so much at ACN that it’s easy to be overwhelmed. I came in with lots of experience and felt like a noob for a long time (me: “What’s a CAL?”). Give yourself 3 months to settle, 6 to really start the work, and 1 year to feel comfortable. Keep asking the questions…all the acronyms, where things are, how to use internal tools. Don’t be afraid. Keep going, you got this.
