Hiiiii All I want promotion as an analyst I’ve joined on 30 sept 2024. How can I know if I’ll get promoted & who decides this bcoz my project is a complete family drama we are just working like donkeys nonstop even on weekends & our team lead is not or TL our tech architecture creates dependancy among all & we have to report him he’s not that bad but what I care about is myself now😭😭

I read the post . This is such a vague and black box thing .
Promotion criteria should be more transparent and straightforward. Whole list reads like excuses managers can use to deny - budget , market demand , slots , competency exams . If employee is doing his/her work he should simply be promoted in due time .
