Trending @Accenture; Accenture Firing Bench People ?
Hi did anyone know that Accenture has started firing the bench people as it seems they are taking strict action on rejection tagged status. ?
What I think is Accenture also loosing clients ? What you think ?
Yes for sure, something is not right
I am not sure though and I could be wrong but I think Accenture is focused too much on the AI and I am not sure if it is even generating that much revenue
Or it could be opposite that they are generating enough revenue from GenAI that they want to continue their run with it.
Yes. So many ppl on bench n no project calls. They have started to put them in CIP even if they performed fairly well in SME evaluations.. evn if applying through demand sheets, none responding.
SME evaluations are conducted once you cross 2 months in americas bench n if given negative feedback, you are put in CIP....and many resigns even before cip initiation as they dont want to go through that harrassment with no hope in the end. Cip is like a silent layoff, very less chnces of taking back.
Where can we check this rejection status?
You will get mail from support supply after every rejection...in that you can check for what basis they have tagged rejection. Only if it is mentioned technical rejection during discussion, then it is troubling.
Did they fire level 12 employees(freshers) who are on bench ??
I think 3 rejections in the bench period hr will force to resign and try to close in 1 or 2 weeks
