Trending @Accenture; Accenture finance department and management being unfair to their employees
I am a ex Accenture employee of the this company I have submitted my asset on time but still these people are demanding unnecessarily money in order to release my reliving letter, I had been hospitalised in that difficult time, they’re demanding money, I’ve never expected this from Accenture. I had joined Accenture organisation with dreams and so much of positivity after seeing all this double standard and so much of corruption and bribery I would never join Accenture organisation ever.
But why money?? Did you damage anything? Or lost any asset?
Nothing I’ve given the asset with safety and no damage like it was before given to me and I’ve submitted my asset on time, I am really worried they are unnecessarily demanding money and openly asking bribe
Please someone help me in this issue. Even my health condition is not well in this difficult time they are demanding money it’s truly unfair to the employee.
After or during submission didn't you receive any mail when you submitted? Or any kind of receipt? If you have submitted to a POC courier service location you should have kept a photo of the receipt. It serves as proof that you have submitted your laptop and on date.
I went to office and I’ve submitted the asset and after submitting the asset I’ve received submission mail from IT team
Send that mail pointing out the date and time. By the way in future. To be safe in any company send a mail immediately with pictures of assets being handed over with the facility window in view. Keep a photo of mail with assets received in your mobile. To tell you the truth it's not only Accenture but each and every company will try to pin you down for their own benefit. So better be safe. Out here only in one of the posts I had read- "Corporate companies na tumhara mayka hai na sasural... Toh isko family samjhne ki galti maat karna." Remember this for future irrespective of how your health is or just because you see good in all.. Keep yourself safe in all respects.. Baki company bhand Mai jaye...
