If i have around 48 Earned leaves left. While seperation will Accenture pay for all 48 days in fnf settlement or is there some limit

It is depends on location, for Hyderabad we can encash max 60 leaves on seperation.

even though max allowed leave was 30 at my base location (gurugram). I was surprised to receive encashed amount for whole accumulated leave (47 days).

Depends on the location. Every state has a different leave encashment policy.

One day here or there we can take but with HRs approval. If not they will extend lwd

Maximum leaves which is allowed as carry forward as per the location you are tagged in workday

So let’s your location allows 48 days carry forward and you have 50 leaves. Only 48 will be encashed
