🥲They are killing us employees financially. I thought I would switch after getting a promotion because my 2 years shouldn’t be a waste here. Looks like it’s better to switch asap

In email they mentioned India, Argentina and Phillipines will continue with quarterly cycle. Delay is mostly for global.

This is bullshit, have seen lot of people getting promotions and hikes, this is more of how your manager is fighting for you or complying with this notification. 😡

On official statement if is mentioned that the delay is only in India and Argentina. The news is incorrect. Other countries have strong laws, they can’t do this with them
