I am a new joinee in Accenture and on the bench for 1 month and there is no bench manager assigned to me. I want to ask if it is safe to be on a bench in Accenture and whom should I contact to get a project.

Contact your people lead or anyone you can see in your profile in workday. You can also ask Dipa in teams about your manager, HR and other people you can contact

Accenture is now a very ungrateful company…. Do not expect much from accenture…

Remember, in Accenture you need to be proactive to get project. And Accenture bench is bad time for you as 1. You will loose variable component 2- more time on bench is risky to employment as well.
