Guys i have been into a project for 6 months as a fresher and also worked very hard on critical implementation even got client appreciation but suddenly this monday got my clients side VDI credentials disabled without any prior information and after asking my TL the reply was we are done with the completion of product as of now and if we require or any other requirement is there they will pull me into ...so is this way the resignation and layoffs starts..pls help me out anyone just having sleepless night and any suggestions what to do next?
Chill its seems project contract is over. Probably you will come on bench or will be assigned to different project. Happened once with during march when client didn’t sign the contract renewal so project got over and I got assigned to new project.
Well, I got laid off last month, it marks my 1 year of working at Accenture. I'm an ASE too. now trying to find a job cuz my manager had a fight with her husband on Monday morning lol
ASE are getting laid off, couldnt beleive it. Did they put you in pip man?. Really sry to hear this
If you are on the bench you can apply for internal job opportunities on workday portal and also mail them by putting all necessary mail IDs in cc to get new project. Try to get into project.
They won't lay off ASEs, so chill bro
no need to worry, you will be on the bench for sometime. meanwhile prepare for the interview you will get calls from different projects. have happened to me multiple times.
