Got double digit hike and variable pay. Manager mentioned that he tried his best for promotion but didn't work but the numbers are nearly good as those who got promotion

Isn't hike moved to June cycle, I am AM with 16yoe , waiting on variable bonus.. not sure of hike or promotion
