I have been assigned to a project since July. But no one reached out to me regarding what would be the work and all the details. So, I used to ping other members who i knew maybe they could help but no one replied. Now they have started giving me work but didn't even give me KT and I don't know a thing about this project but all my team members expect me to work like I know everything ffs. Really pissed off at this disgusting management of this team. Can somebody help me with what I should do? As my team members are absolute shit and they are reluctant to give me KT and all the basic details needed for this project.
Learn dropping mails, not getting kt since July? I would have escalated to many levels before July ended.
Need to show proof of the issues, learn to capture.
