Check with HR.. don't ever abscond. There are ways to get things done and absconding is not one of them. Start a proper email thread with HR including your manager.

Since you already informed the manager, loop HR also in the same email and inform that as per doctor direction you can't work, and ask her what can be done next.

If the manager takes matters to HR it will be bad, better you take matter to HR, let HR figure out what they can do. In medical grounds I have seen people getting immediate release from the project.

Senior manager has sent my status to du lead for consideration. They have offered me one month of full rest. I just want to leave in 15 days and focus on my health. Because after a month I would require more time then again same story will start . Hoping for positive response

Just don't work dude, ur in np ryt, if they pressure u pile it up, u have resigned and asked for early release tell them that clearly, too much pressure pull in higher ups than ur manager delivery lead like that
