Hi Guys, currently Im going to roll off from my current project on 9th May, till then if I dont go to office then is it fine? what action they will take if I dont visit office for 4 weeks?

It is mandatory for you to visit the office once a week whether you are on bench or enrolled in a project. I would not recommend skipping the office for a whole month as this could be used against you while deciding your promotion, hike or bonus pay.

One more question, I am currently in between of interviee process, maybe within a 2 or 3 week, I will get new offer. Once I put my paper, still there is compulsion for me to visit office?
