Trending @Accenture; About to get Retention!!

Hi Everyone, I resigned from here, because the pay I am getting is very less as compared to the market standard. I got an offer from one organisation with more than 70% hike over my fixed pay. Today my senior manager asked me will you stay here if we match the offer I just said yes.

But is it a wise choice to stay here? Or should I go with the offer?

Don't think so they will offer a counter offer and match your package . It will be just orally not on the workday.
They will promise to give you in December then budget then x y z reason.

You should move on, if they can match the offer now they can reconcile again in next cycle or intentionally put you in pip. So, if you have offer, just move on
