Trending @Accenture; About PIP process in Accenture

Hey guys asked my lead to know if I will be in pip next cycle and as per the talent discussion website it shows low rating for me got bad feedback as well this cycle even though I am a good performer in the team what will be the next process is there any chance to avoid pip or will have to go through it and how can I know if I will be terminated or not any suggestions or relevant information will be helpful. 🙏
