Can I submit ABCD reflection without priority reviewer feedback? I am a fresher haven't worked in any project yet and I am in project bench for a long time. I was told to add a person as priority reviewer temporarily till I get a project but I didn't know I would be without project for this long(almost 5 months). If he doesn't give feedback on my priority, can I submit ABCD without that?

No. Some one needs to review to get an appraisal of what you have done in the past fisical year.

I submitted the ABCD yesterday as it was the deadline. If I get feedback from the priority reviewer now, can it be added to the ABCD?
