Trending @Accenture; A junior with too attitude

I recently joined a project as a lead & coding is my core job. Project built on Symfony PHP framework, micro service architecture. Since I'm new to the Symfony framework & new to the project. Whenever I ask a junior (total 6 yrs & ~2 yrs in project) any doubt she says hi through the code or confluence page. She thinks she is a solo developer & shows a lot of attitude. Is this acceptable?

First & foremost, Yes we have to go though Code/Confluence pages/ old recordings.
If above doesn't helps, then only we need to approach someone.

Confluence page just gives the flow between multiple services & not any conditional flow. Given limit time to resolve bugs, then? Going through the code is complex as it covers too many conditions for different product types
