Trending @Accenture; A hypothetical yet a very real question!

Say you’re part of a core team in a internal project which requires you to communicate and help all teams (Tech Role), but unfortunately the whole team gets laid off except you. Now, you are the one who is assisting all other team’s AM/TL’s single handedly. Then can you expect a hike of >20% in upcoming cycle?

Back Story: Also if you were hired as a resource lower than level 9 and the requirement in the project was of a another specialist, but instead you were hired.

Hike >20%

if you are only in an internal team and not working for the functional team (i.e., not showing chargeability for many months), you won't get any hike, and in the worst case might be handed a PIP

And if there's no functional team, just this internal team, then you should get a hike. But for internal teams, hike is low

I have chargeablity and I do work for the functional team, that’s what I meant in my post. Based on this will I get any hike?

if majority votes are for ‘Free Labor’ then it’s right to log off after 5 PM and not pick any calls from work.
