Why has Accenture delayed the payment of on-call allowances and shift allowance for the past two months? We have been working 24/7 with full dedication, yet they are handling this matter in such an unprofessional way. The reason they provide—“shift/on-call allowance not provided due to a technical issue”—is unacceptable.
I am extremely frustrated with working in a support project. Continuous night shifts have taken a toll on me, and I am completely exhausted. I seriously want to quit Accenture.

Yes, they are delaying the shift allowance by 2 months. I got the Jan and Feb month shift allowance in this month salary. Aren't you feeling that amount also have reduced than we were getting in past months.
