I'm so frustrated with these politics in office my teammate got 18 % hike with nothing doing just sitting delivering understories where i did certifications p4 proficiency took brown bag sessions. What the hell these manger people get by doing just injustice.
I feel you bro. I was in your position in may24. My manager promoted a girl who just used to flirt with him but did not work as others did. I got a twice ace award from DL, but I did not get a promotion which I was waiting from past 2 years. I left Accenture 4 months back with an 80% hike. Now I'm happy.
You did everything which the team needed, but you did not do the bootlicking which the manager wanted. Huge justice is needed for employees like us.
