5 days of wfo is not possible soon, as they don't have enough seats to accommodate everyone on the same day. They recently decommissioned and released a lot of facilities which were taken on lease earlier. Before asking everyone to come 5 days a week, they have to bring up new facilities and that is not going to happen soon this year.
