Just received hike and Vp details from my ppl lead. 4% hike😑 even after performing well and they’re saying it’s been only one year so we can’t assess your performance properly. Next cycle you’ll get a good hike😑😤.

But these Accenture ppl are so stupid to point out stupid things that doesn’t even matter.
Just bcoz of this hike discussion I’m feeling bad that they’re not recognising the talent.
