I will be completing three years in Accenture this nov, I have been working in a development project by Microsoft, learned dot net backend development as well as azure. My current CTC is 8.2 lpa Can anyone please tell me how to switch, like which companies I can apply for or which companies accept 3 month notice and what should be my expected CTC?

Which companies you can apply is upto you and your research what kind of work you want to do and all.
For np of 3 months, that is very difficult for any company to wait for you, you'll have to resign prepare for a month or so and then give interviews no other way
