Is there anyone who is also facing issues to get the new job opportunities because of the 3 month notice period? Whenever I apply to a new company then the recruiter asks for a notice period and when I say it's 3 months then they Stop considering me for the role.
Tcs, infosys are hiring with 3 months notice period
I know only these few companies hire with a 3 month notice period. But just relying on these few big names will not work. Also, they did not provide much hike
Tell them you are already on notice period with one offer letter. And once you get any offer letter in hand you will get confidence and than you can put paper and try other companies
If you're getting calls you need to take risk for sure no one hires with 3 months np.
Have confidence in yourself
Nagarro, Deloitte, JP Morgan etc have hired 3 months NP candidates. You focus on getting interviews, and Naukri can be kept as 30 days NP
