AM s are earning starting with 19l with 14 years exp , it depends upon your previous organization last drawn salary and also developers getting paid high.

It is good .. as per my knowledge AMs are still getting 20-22 lpa fixed..it depends still on the skills and if how many times you are switched..

The question you need to ask yourself are you happy with it? There will always be someone undeserving who will be paid more than you.
