I didn’t go to office consecutively for two weeks and also didn’t take any leaves. I told my lead earlier that i wouldn’t go for 1 week and she was okay. Can there be any issue? I have been regular this quarter and missed just one week in the previous quarter.

I joined a project but my people lead in workday hasn't been updated. He is someone from Accenture Leadership (default PL which we get when we join accenture). I think I can ignore going to the office sometimes as my PL would never ask why, right🥲?

nothing will happen only your PL will ask you if they want to…in my case i have missed so many times no bother from PL till now

Nothing as such. But keep your lead informed and start complying with RTO.
