Trending @Accenture; 2 DAYS RTO -ACN
Guys, I just now received an email from my manager saying that 2 days office per week is going to be in immediate effect in ATCI, is this true ? Because I didn't receive any official mail.

Actually it is not mandatory from Accenture, it is project specfic they are forcing to come...also there is basis between male and female... I understand everyone has their own reasons irrespective of gender but personally there is no question on female who come once a week but male are receiving mails from hr if the project mandate for 3 days even if you come 2days they are asking to come for 3 days which seems unfair in some projects...don't want to debate on this further share my thoughts

Can you share screenshot as right now it is going to be in phase wise manner for project specific only and around jan this going to be mandate for all this is what our du lead told

Hi Team- In a leadership call and the latest update is Reigniting In-Office Collaboration starting immediate effect we should be minimum 2 days working from office per week. HI- I couldn't take ss from teams

I received communication from my Associate Director a few weeks ago, indicating a requirement to return to the office twice a week, effective September 1st.

Yes, it's already implemented in North America

For our project it is 3 days now..

Yes, just a formal communication from my DU Lead.

Yes I too heard the same

Yeah most of companies doing this...2 day office...Salesforce already did ...but they don't copy good things .....😶🌫️

After Diwali

In my project we have received email for work from office twice a week mandate from next week.
