I joined Accenture in July 2023 and my career level is 12, when did I expect my salary hike and how much did I expect.

That's not true. Every 2022 joiner has received a hike. The 4.5 LPA folks got 11% hike and 6.5 LPA folks got 13% hike.

I also joined Accenture in 2022 but I got only 5% hike which is not expected from Accenture.
