It's my first diwali celebration in MNC company and I was so excited to be part in this precious occasion. However in our Diwali Town hall I have participated and enjoy.
But the the same can't express my feeling of not receiving any RNR and any gifts from Senior leads not just me everyone in team.
This is my worst Company Diwali celebration experience

First of all, don't expect some fancy celebrations for any kind of festivals when u join a company like Accenture whose workforce is in terms of lakhs.
U can expect these celebrations while in small to mid size companies or even you can expect in some product based companies.
