Trending @Accenture; 10% PIP during this cycle will lead to roughly 30K forced exits in ATCI!

11000 in news is just a small number. It is 80000 approximately this time and will be implemented till Nov end this year. Take a screenshot of this. You will see many of your colleagues moving out of team and eventually out of company, either forcibly or the situation will be made such that they resign themselves. I already posted something similar like this last month that 10% will be put into PIP. People disagreed that it’s the same every year. They didn’t understand that it’s an irreversible PIP this time.

Will this be followed by other companies too? Like infy, wipro , ltimindtree?

Not 10%. The figure is 12-13% for each level in your team. So if you’re a level 11 and your project has 16 Level 11’s they will keep 12-13% of those 16 people in PIP. They will rank them whoever is in the last based on 12-13% they will put you in PIP. No guarantee you will be brought back from the PIP hence you will be sent out.
This is alarming, 11000 is just a public figure then

Also, it’s not just ATCI, as part of reinvention console at Accenture, ATCI , Infra and Consulting are being brought under single umbrella. AI is a contributor but not the only reason. Hence this restructuring will cost 80K jobs.

Number will be much higher, In June Accenture headcount was around 8lac.
Julie Sweet is saying she will train 7lac employees in agnetic AI, and people non-trainable in AI will be asked to leave.
1 lac headcount reduction, if you consider new hiring also, 1.5 to 2lac people will be asked to leave in the next 2 appraisal cycles.

How to check the feedback in workday anyone
