Trending @Accenture; 1 year completed still not assigned a project

I have been looking for a project for the past 8 months, but I haven't received any responses from managers or any project calls. My stream is Digital Full Stack Development. I'm currently at Level 12 (ASE) and feeling helpless in this situation, especially with the current market conditions.

The long bench period is concerning, and I'm worried it might create a gap in my experience. I am also finding it difficult to switch jobs as I haven't been receiving any interview calls.

I would appreciate any advice or support in this matter.
