Tredence vs Wipro

I have offers from Tredence and Wipro. Which one is safe to join in terms of bench policy and job security?

I worked with Tredence for 1 year straight out of college. It was remote back then. I liked working there. But my friends had a lot of workload and hated it. So it all depends upon your project. But the company is good.

Any idea on how difficult it is to get into projects in Tredence? And bench policy?

I think Tredence doesn't have a lot of people on bench. When I joined, there was a 3 month training where we had some exams. And after that we all were assigned projects. I don't think they keep people on bench for long..
