It really depends , one of my close relatives who was working as a manager in Tredence in AppDev resigned due to office politics, too much work and short term projects . App dev is worst team in Tredence, for the sake of getting the project they are doing even 1 or 2 months projects , the moment you stablise it your project gets over and cycle continues. Director of AppDev team is worst in terms of knowledge and politics, he used to promote bootlickers.
