Travel Suggestion: Places to visit in India in July
Coming july 8th is our second anniversary and I wanted to go to some place(Kind of a mini vacation). Any month appropriate places to visit in July? So far, I have only been to Kerala and Meghalaya. So thinking of going to someother different region like leh/ladakh/srinagar - Colder region Rajasthan - Warmer region
Any tips or suggestions? It would be mostly for 5N 6D kind of trip(+/- 1 or 2 days)

Hey! Is everything alright between you both from your previous post?

Yes bro. Everything is alright and I feel we are in much better place now compared to then.
I guess it made our relationship kind of stronger than before.

Wishing you happy wedding anniversary in advance 🍾

Have not heard good things about Meghalaya. Very average and not worth

It's subjective I think.
For us Meghalaya was very good. We enjoyed a lot. The only problem we faced was, food. We are vegetarians and veg options was very minimal and whatever available was expensive and not so tasty. Apart from that everything else was great - stay, places, climate.
Just like how we might not enjoy Goa, some people might not like places like Meghalaya. But if you like Kerala, ooty, chikmagalur kind of places, then you will love Meghalaya(Provided, you don't get irritated by too much rain).

I meant it's overhyped because of IG and all. Not worth that much effort

How about a bike trip to Ooty, Kodaikanal, Dhanuskodi, Madurai from Coimbatore.
If this is something that might interest you DM me.

Sorry, I forgot to mention. I have been to ooty. But have heard a lot about Dhanushkodi. Will look into it once and will get in touch with you.

You may consider Bhutan, perfect destination

Thanks for the suggestion bro.
But I have applied for name change in all my documents and it will take some time. So any place outside India is not possible currently.

Leh/Ladakh is perfect for July and 6D trip.

Yes. This is in top three places. But my only concern is we might not be able to see any snow. Any idea about what is the best time to visit(Not considering the current constraint)?

P.S: Any other suggestions are also welcome.
