Data engineer here stuck in this company with a total 3 YOE with 4.5 ctc, Joined this very company as a fresher, Projects and wfo not allowing to upskill and switch, even confidence is very low for a 3 yoe, Knowing people are easily getting 15 LPA at my age and experience.
What to say myself working for 7 years now reached 4.5 CTC sometimes it seems like commit suiside inside office at least they will give money to the family

I am really frustrated by this myth policy is employee friendly and all shit they are hiring people at a good package Even though I know few members in my team they just don't know anything and their package is 12Lpa HR does not help and support
with just 3 YOE experience, You have plenty of time ahead to upskill and switch.
It's not a trapped u have been here and u have got the opportunity to up skill.
If you have guts prepare for interview and take the opportunity in other organizations
