I've been working at TCS for 12 years with expertise in Broadcom EMS tools (APM, Patch Management, Spectrum, CA Service Desk, etc.). I'm currently learning ServiceNow and plan to transition into this domain, leveraging my prior experience with service desk tools.

For those working in ServiceNow, could you share insights on its future prospects? Is a career in ServiceNow a safe and promising path? Any advice on making this switch would be appreciated.
