Transitioning to ML or GenAI engineer
I'm 10 years experienced full stack developer. I'm working in a reputed media company as staff software engineer. I want to transition as staff ML engineer or GenAI engineer. Can someone guide me any 1-2 year pg courses from reputed institutes which can add value. I can't leave the job. Any work integrated courses?
I'm currently pursuing work integrated M.tech. in AI & ML from BITS pilani, the program is a little intense if you want to do it correctly. I'm still pursuing so can't comment much on the value of it but the curriculum is really good, faculty is okaish, some of the faculty members are from BITs, and some are working professionals.
Lot of IITs are also offering diploma and masters courses in AI, i know IIT delhi has one, i heard there classes are mostly conducted by third party faculties but you'll get the IIT tag.
