Transitioning from Service-Based to Product-Based Company After 12 Years – Need Guidance

I have 12 years of experience working in service-based IT companies, primarily in development and support roles across technologies like .NET, Azure, DevOps, and Sitecore. I'm now planning to switch to a product-based company for better growth, learning, and long-term stability.
