Transition to Data Science EM role

I have a background in data engineering and software engineering and currently work as a Senior Manager. I’m looking to transition into data science roles and was curious about the expectations for an Engineering Manager in Data Science. Do you have any recommendations for training programs or hands-on experience to help with this transition?
