Transition from Project Manager to Product Manager
I am 45 with 30 LPA CTC. Now I am pursuing AI Product Manager course online. Could any one suggest ,is this the right time and right age to switch or transition from technical to product manager role ? I am thinking in terms of work life balance.

Yes that's a good step , Product manager is a challenging role where you may need to build the offerings and market them to Customers with AI being present and Future .
On the contrary being a PM you would need to plan and track the tasks , do the project governace which are majorly defined activities during a project life cycle and you have luxury of working in your own Den.

PM WLB is not better than project or program. Also the competition is very high. It's not dependent on your skills but experience. I'll say save yourself to look for better opportunities in. Same role or go for founders office, chief of staff. Etc. they are much easier
