Transition from HR to Product

Hi guys

I am currently working as an HR have 4 years of experience and will shift to product management.

I have done a 6 month course in product.

Any idea what CTC I should be asking for while applying.

My current CTC is 3.72 LPA.

I got to know that the market standard compensation for APM is around 10 - 15 LPA

Depends on your interview and how good u r at it. There is no such standar if company have budget and u do well in interview u may get 200%hike as well. So no such restrictions. But deoends on your exp as well.
