Transformation in interview processes because of AI transformation ?
If LLM is generating 90% of the code these days, then would interviewing processes transform?
I cant recall who posted that blog.. but it was like candidate was given a project to fix some issues or add a new feature with the help of LLM.. and interviewer will be in the call.
At the end, feedback will be taken from LLM as well that what kind of questions candidate asked and how they used it.
Yeah its like an open book test vibe...
Even i don't feel need for DSA HARD problems in interviews, as its likely irrelevant if LLM is gonna be doing the optimisation for us.
Yes indeed one who leverages LLM needs to know concepts/fundamentals for sure, but I don't feel he needs to show it off without using LLM, feels like waste of time these days if there's LLM that can do it faster.
