Trending @HCL; Transferring from Onsite to offshore, HR said you will receive OREC letter, current lap is 9lpa and how much can i get the increment ?

HCL will provide OREC Letter with in 45 days ?

I believe as per moms in Jan will receive hike letter, in OREC and hike letter separately or both included in one letter ?

Hey, If you travelled before 10th you will receive by next month or else it may take one more month for OREC..

OREC is different and annual letter will be different…

You will get both…

Talk to your DUH/L4H. HR will take reco from them.
