Transfer within Tcs

I wanted to know the procedure for requesting a transfer from my base location to my desired location.I just got released from the ilp and rmg is not cooperating with me.pls help

Only accept project if they allow to work from your desired location.and always mention this in project interviews.

It already 23 days now since ilp i afraid if rmg will impose a project on me forcibly they are not listening when I request them for this ,one guy was good he said he has uploaded on pool no updates since then
