Transfer to other location

Hi all

How to initiate permanent transfer, I have 1.5 year of experience I don’t have project ODC here, will RMG approve? What is the process for it

Please suggest it’s bit urgent

First of all inform about your transfer and reason to your HR and project manager. Once they agree your process will be easier. After that there will be few approvals you need to request. HR will guide you for that. For me it took around 20 days to complete the process.
