Nah they literally won't unless you find a project who are supportive in these case as well or else your RMG or atleast any one of their seniors should be be supportive for such requests..

It depends on the factors mainly on your overall experience in TCS which should be min of 2 years along with the project that u need to get which has an odc in the location where you want to be transferred if you fulfill the following then surely you would get with an ease..Else you need to do the later one by find that project and convincing them through the supervisor of that project ensuring smooth completion of the same
