Hi , I had raised request for transfer on 7th and my manager had approved it on 21st .Any idea by when it will update in workday or do I need to raise any ticket?

It takes approx 30-45 days. If this is consideres in current cucle then it will start reflecting from 1st June if not then 1st July.
Meanwhile, you can visit your new location considering the fact that your request is already approved by your manager and you will get the transfer if your practice is running from your new location and there is capacity available.
