Transfer request
My manager has already approved the transfer request. However, when it reached the destination location HR, they requested my manager’s approval again — not once but three times — and each time, my manager provided the approval. Could you please let me know if I’m missing something here?

The same happened with my transfer request. I was on bench when I raised the request due to medical issues. My HR was ok with it after 6 months of continuous follow up they said that "Regional rmg Head did not approved you requested"
Should I raise it again and ask my manager to approve it or anything else
Yes if your are on project surely you will get since you have a geniune reason for them to convince as well
Even my transfer request is stuck like this. My supervisor has given approval. But rmgs are either not responding or they reject, after I pester them to respond.
I don’t get it like my base location HR is fine with the transfer my manager is fine with it , why tf the destination HR is giving shitty response like this
I'm also in the same situation, but you can do a walk around if your manager agrees. Raise request for building and odc access for your destination location and directly start swiping from your destination location.
Bureaucracy at its peak...
