Transfer Request!

Hi I am taking a transfer from my current location to New Delhi. I have received approval in the 1st level from Project Manager, Travel Manager and RMG , now inside 2nd level of approval I received the mail from the IS team regarding my asset submission. But my project and team are the same, it's just the branch which is changing. Is it possible to take my asset from my current location to other location after I present this concern to them?
