Hi All,

I was onboarded to a new project one month ago. During onboarding, I was not informed about a location constraint, which requires me to be in Bangalore. Bangalore was my base location. However, after completing two years at Accenture, I submitted a transfer request to my hometown due to my father’s health condition.Unfortunately, my request is not being considered. My manager is pressuring me, stating that I will receive a warning from HR. I had a call with HR, but they are only allowing an exception for one month, whereas I need a permanent transfer.As per the process, my DU lead must approve the request. Despite multiple attempts to contact him via emails and messages, I have not received any response. My request is still within the SLA of 5 days, after which it will be auto-rejected if no action is taken. Additionally, I have requested a roll-off from the project, but I am not being released. I would appreciate any guidance or support regarding this matter.
